FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
Inspections - Testing - Maintenance - Design - Installation

Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance
Since fire sprinkler systems need to be in working order at all times, they need to be inspected annually to ensure that they will operate properly during a fire emergency.  During a fire sprinkler system test, physical checks are performed on all the parts of your fire sprinkler system.  These checks include water flow tests, fire pump tests, alarm tests, and trip tests of dry pipe, deluge, and pre-action valves.

In addition to annual inspections, you must also carry out quarterly flow tests.  Written records of all quarterly fire sprinkler system inspections must be maintained in accordance with NFPA 25.  All of our fire sprinkler system inspections are performed by highly trained fire sprinkler system service technicians.

Sprinkler System Design and Installation
Our design/engineer technicians hold NICET certification and use the latest design software utilities to generate Building Information Modeling (BIM) or 3D working drawings for fabrication and installation of fire protection suppression, alarm and detection systems.  All design work is done in accordance with requirements of the appropriate codes as issued by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Proper installation and follow-up service and inspection of fire protection, suppression, alarm, detection, and monitoring systems are the keys to a successful operation of the system.  Our field and design employees are frequently adjusting and learning about the changes that occur in federal and state regulations and the requirements of the insurance industry.
